Junior Championship Qualifying
Not so good conditions today, particularly in the afternoon led to higher than expected scores. Leading qualifier was 3 handicap and Junior Captain Peter Legget with a gross 78. 15 y.o Alexander Wilson would also have qualified but has been selected for Lothians to play Fife on Sunday 20th so will forego the Junior Championship this year as he seeks to continue to make an impression with County and National selectors.
Results can be seen on How-Did-I-Do
This means that the draw for this year's Junior Championship will be
Peter Legget v Scott Gillies
Michael Williams v Graham Swan
Jamie Black v Duncan McLean
Greg Houlston v Tom Grey
Quarter Final ties will be played on No 1 12.00 - 12.36 on Sat 19th June. Semis and Final on Sun 20th June.
Great to see 4 graduates from our U14s from last year make an impression. A new name will definitely be on the trophy from this quality field.
