7 young Gullanites were playing at Haddington today in the annual age group event hosted by Loretto. Gullane Primary School was represented by the youngest ever holder of both the Babe Zaharias and Honor Bright Trophies, William Ladbrooke ( P5 ) , rising girl star and Scottish Junior Tour player and US Kids entrant Charlotte Munro ( P6 ) , clubgolfers Matthew Brady and Gregor Griffiths ( P6 ) and Gullane GC Junior member Calum Black (P7) backed up by Gullane PS graduate Duncan McLean. Pro-son and fantasy golfer Brodie Good was also displaying his inherited talents coming top in his age group for the Nippers.

There is vast enthusiam for golf at Gullane Primary School with record numbers signing up for clubgolf coaching with the army of volunteers and large entries expected for this year's "Babe" & Honor Bright Trophies -
