Clubgolf update 23rd May 2010

Dear Clubgolfers,
Phew! warm, warm,warm. Saw some great improvement today with the P6's on the driving range, really getting the hang of the game, remember you can practice any time on the children's course for free (Adults must be accompanied by a child!!).

As you may already know, Gullane GC and Gullane primary are looking for players to take part in the annual "Honor Bright" and the "Babe Zaharias" competitions open to P5,6 and 7's, details of which you should have or will be coming out shortly.

Clubgolf also have events going on through the summer with fun competitions taking part around East Lothian. Parent's were given the details in the initial welcome pack but if you need another copy please contact Jules or myself. Next fun competition will be in Haddington on Friday 4th June starting at 1.30pm and finishing at 2.30pm, entrance fee is £2 and can be paid on the day. If you could let them know if you will be playing beforehand as this helps the organisers with expected numbers (Haddington GC Tel:01620 822727). Next weeks lesson will be on putting and chipping for the P'6's and P5's getting to grips with the putter.
