Rachael Watton leads after 1st Qualifying Round

Rachael Watton, Mortonhall & Gullane leads the Scottish Girls' qualifying at  Eyemouth Golf Club after the first round.  Her level par 73 is three shots  ahead of Gillian Scanlon, Hamilton and four clear of Lesley Atkins, Gullane.   The second qualifying round will be played tomorrow (July 14) with the top  32 girls' qualifying for the main match play Championship and the next 16  qualifying for the Ansley Reid Salver.
