Team Match 4 - KIlspindie - The Result

The good form for the season continued today with a 4-2 victory away to Kilspindie. The young Kilspindie team were in good spirits but couldn't halt the Gullane squad, despite a wobble or two. Star man today was our no 6 Oliver Ladbrooke who was only 4 over in windy conditions whilst winning with 4 to go. Lesley was also on song and avoided the bunkers and liked the short Kilspindie course despite the wind - good prep for the St Rule next week. Solid performances from Greg and Graham to take the decisive points and thanks to Jamie for turning up up on short notice interrrupting his carefully crafted revision plans in the interests of the Team.

Great to have Gregor the only "scratch 21 handicapper" in East Lothian and James, who played a very solid back nine to win his game 2 and 1.

Thanks to Ian R for his wind clinic on the range - seems that everyone paid attention and stuck to plan !  Kilspindie were jealous of the pro help we get !
