This took place today on No1 - modest turnout but some excellent play - scores to follow
Unofficial reports indicate that the medal winner will be new member Tom Middlemas who shot to the turn in level par before struggling home to record a 79-10 = 69 to pip Duncan McLean who had a fine net 70 playing off 6. Clara Young also recorded a 76 for a net 72 three under the ladies SSS of 75.
Next Week Graham Swan and Michael Williams represent us in the East Lothian Winter League Strokeplay Championship at Craigielaw . Our junior winter league campaign ground to a halt as a result of very poor management for which the Convenor has offered to resign.... Any takers ?
On 27th March we play Loretto @ Craigielaw - squad will follow - and three of the boys playing in the Scottish Boys will be playing a warm up match at Dunbar - Michael, Greg and Alexander
