“Meeting competitors from all over the world was a great opportunity to make new friends that I may be playing with in the future.

Being interviewed by BBC Scotland was very nerve wracking but fun at the same time.

The tough weather conditions with strong winds made the greens very hard to putt on making the rounds much more difficult but a good challenge.

I am delighted to have finished in fourth place, only 8 shots away from the leaders.

Partnering with Alexis Monet Flores in the Van Horn cup for the 12 year old girls was a great experience and a perfect way to improve my golf.

The tournament was well organised and the course was very well looked after.

I am really looking forward to playing in the U.S Kids World Championships at Pinehurst in August 2011.”
