This ELJGL event was held at Winterfield Golf Club on 3rd September in conjunction with the Autumn Meeting of the EL Girls. Lesley Nicholson ran the event, which is her last event before she steps down as Secretary, and the League would like to thank her for all the work she has done for Girls golf in the County. Jill McNichol is taking over and will be an excellent replacement for Lesley.
Prizes from funding supplied by EL Council were carried forward to this event from the Championships held in August. Some great scoring was evident from the 14 competitors. Clara Young retained the Championship trophy with a fine score of 69 gross. The handicap trophy was won by Morgan Naples with an excellent net 63. CSS was 67. Full list of winners and scores below.
