Unfortunately our team fell in their first match to Craigielaw who had beaten NB in the morning. On ver windy No2 our scratch pairing of Lesley and Peter didn't fire on all cylinders against a very steady duo of Greg Smail and Gabrielle MacDonald leaving the handicap pairing of Houlston and McLean too much to do given the combined nature of the scoring - so the season fizzled out 5 down with two to play
Tomorrow on No 1, Longniddry scrap it out with Craigielaw and Tantallon meet Haddington for places in the final.
