Lothian Boys Team / Championship
DALMAHOY 14-year-old Murray Naysmith has been picked in the Lothians team to defend the Scottish Boys’ Area Team title at Cowglen next month.
He will join forces with Anthony Blaney (Liberton & Gullane ), Alexander Wilson (The Renaissance & Gullane etc ) and Calum Hill (Tantallon). Blaney and Hill were both in last year’s winning side.
Meanwhile, entries for the Lothians Boys’ Championship qualifying, at the Braids on June 3, close on Monday.

Clubgolf 2012
The new season of clubgolf started last Sunday at Gullane. We are lucky to have the old team of Ben Kellagher, Russell Pinkerton, Stuart Duff (and Ben Walker when available) for the P6s' and the new blood of Greg McKay, Paul Hay and Gary Eaton for the P5s'.
We have changed the times slightly to 1600-1730 on Sunday afternoons and there are still some spaces in both age groups - the more the merrier! If you would like your child to get involved, let me know.
Russell and Greg (P6 and P5 leaders) have started a rota for parent helpers, which I hope will also give a bit of support to the coaches.
I would also like to encourage older junior members to come along and help on Sunday afternoons - the kids would get a lot from this - let me know if you would like to do this and I will arrange (Duke of Edinburgh Award, Junior Captains??)
First blog for me
Hope it works!
